Biggest Loser Challenge

Program meets quarterly for those who want a complete workout inlcuding nutirtion and eating habits.

The Biggest Loser program meets weekly for 6 weeks and consists of a Personal Trainer determining each persons body fat composition and provide you with a solid achievable goal for the challenge! Each week the trainer will give you nutritional facts to help you reach that goal, plus a FULL HOUR workout to aid in the loss of more weight.

Kids Night Out! Due to the extreme popularity and excitement for kids, this evening off for parents has been expanded to twice a month! Fun, games, movies, food and playtime for ages 18 months to 12 years old. Activities divided for age appropriateness.Sign up right away to get your spot! Discounts for multiple children.

Bounce Houses, Kids Dodge Ball, Kids Obstacle Course. Classes include Youth Spinning, Cable Craze (gravity training), Little Lotus Yoga, Kid's Karate and specialty martial arts training and Aqua Kids! Many more activities and events are in the works as well-

Fit One's Kids Programs are specifically designed to not only keep your kids healthy and fit to prevent childhood obesity, but we also educate the kids as to why fitness is important-and provide an environment where they can learn social skills and team building!
